Andy Garrett -- New Flight Instructor for MC Air Rental

Andy Garrett from State College has been added as an authorized flight instructor for MC Air Rental.  He is looking for student pilots to start training out of the Mifflin County Airport.  He also flies the jump plane for Skydive Happy Valley.
